About Berry's Jewelers

John and Joanna Berry founded
Berry's Jewelers
more than 30 years ago. John had been successful
as a manager for a national jewelry company,
and after being promoted and transferred several
times, decided to make Corpus Christi their
permanent home.

With 2 children and a third
on the way, John opened his original store in
a converted mattress store, in the middle of
the economic recession of the 1970's, and made
his first sale - 2 watch pins for $1.00!
From those early struggles as a new business,
Berry's Jewelers
has built a strong reputation for quality, competitive
pricing, and dependable and expert services.
John has been trained by the Gemological Institute
of America in diamonds and specializes in diamond
sales and design.

remounting and ring design, and a full line of jewelry.
